Three years and more, NEWMAP has continued to impact positively on the lives of many in and around the project sites and states.
Currently civil works in the first 21 gully erosion sites across the first mover states of Abia, Anambra, Cross River, Ebonyi, Edo, Enugu and Imo are at advance stages of completion after the payment of over 821m as compulsory compensation to 984 Project Affected Persons (PAPs) directly affected by the ongoing construction works across the states.
